A deal to buy the Pepper Ranch in Immokalee heads to Collier County commissioners next week along with questions about the price. The Conservation Collier Land Acquisition Advisory Council voted 7-2 on Monday to recommend approval of a .2 million contract to buy the 2,500-acre ranch next to Lake Trafford.
