Tom Smith said although the search for Adji continues, that the department has started to look at the possibility that the boy was kidnapped. “So as we’ve begun eliminating the surrounding areas, almost 12 square miles where he may have walked off to, you know obviously we need to start to look at that someone may have taken him. We’re just changing the direction we’re focusing our resources,” Smith said Wednesday morning. There is now a ,500 reward for any tips to lead to finding the young boy.
